A representative from Open Doors will be here to help with mortgage assistance for clients who qualify.

Qualifications are:

• Must have experienced a documented financial hardship associated with COVID-19 afterJanuary 21, 2020
• Must own and occupy the property located in Utah
• Households that have incomes equal to, or less than, 150% of the County area median income (AMI) in which the household resides or 100% of AMI for the United States,whichever is greater
• Households that are categorized as a Priority Population, as outlined in the UHAF Policy
• Households that are NOT currently participating in the Emergency Rental AssistanceProgram
• Up to $35,000 in assistance paid directly to the lender, servicer, etc
• Allowable uses: mortgage arrearages, delinquent property taxes, HOA / condominium fees, insurance premiums, mortgage rate reduction○ Not currently providing future mortgage payments
• Each applicant is required to participate in HUD approved counseling
