A new program is launching October 16th to help low-income households purchase a home in Davis County.

Loans will be for up to $50,000 and will not require repayment until the home is sold or refinanced for an ineligible reason (an additional 1% interest will apply). This program can be coupled with other State and Local homeownership assistance programs.

Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-qualified basis and must be submitted through the Neighborly on line platform.
