Board Vice Chair
Richard has been helping the Bountiful Food Pantry for over two decades, and has served on the board since 2013. He has been a long-time advocate for feeding needy families and enjoys volunteering for various service projects in the area.
Richard is also involved in other community groups including Bountiful’s Music in the Park (Director), Bountiful Rotary Club (Member), Bountiful CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) (Instructor), and Handcart Days (2024-2026 Entertainment Chair). Richard also served as a political director for six years and coached youth baseball and Jr. Jazz for eight years.
Richard recently retired from Associated Food Stores after 24 years, and spent a total of 40 years in the grocery industry. He is currently employed at Bountiful Ridge Golf Course. Richard has lived in Bountiful for 38 years and is married with two children and two grandchildren. Richard enjoys watching football and basketball games from his alum, USU Aggies.
