Board Member
Sue Caldwell is a seasoned educator with over 30 years of experience in the field of education. As a passionate advocate for individuals working hard to reach their potential, she brings a unique blend of leadership, compassion, and dedication to the Bountiful Pantry Board.
With a career spanning from teaching 5th grade to serving as an Elementary Principal and later as a District Director, Sue has dedicated much of her professional journey to supporting at-risk populations. Her focus on equity and opportunity has shaped countless programs and initiatives designed to uplift students and families in need.
Sue joined the Bountiful Pantry Board to give back to an organization that has profoundly impacted the lives of students and families in Davis County. Her commitment is rooted in a deep belief that strong communities are built when neighbors step in to support one another.
Outside of her professional and volunteer roles, Sue enjoys gardening, reading, mountain biking, and spending time in the great outdoors. She especially treasures time with her grandkids and family, who keep her inspired and grounded.
