Wayne Leota has 32 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, having held positions with American Express, IBM, and currently with Service Corporation International. He serves as Director of the Layton Church Communication Council for North Davis County.
Wayne serves on the pantry board because “Families should never have to choose between putting food on the table and paying their mortgage or rent. The BFP provides critical support that allows families to avoid these difficult choices while they work toward stability and self-sufficiency.”
Born in Ogden and raised in Layton, Wayne and his wife, Connie, set their family roots in Layton in 1995. They are the proud parents of five children and grandparents of two. In his free time, Wayne enjoys family gatherings, the outdoors—especially evenings by a campfire—DIY projects, and traveling.
